Our Services
The Perthshire Media Co essentially offers two types of digital presence service — we can do it all for you, or we can set you up so you can do it successfully yourself. We want to help you move your services online, build an email list of potential customers, and reach more people on social media. We can help you improve your website, set up an Instagram shop, or create an automated welcome email. We can design you a digital brochure or write you a blog post, provide you with stunning images or takeover your Twitter. We also have three packages for you to choose from if you don’t really want to have to think about your digital marketing ever again. And our digital presence consultation is a fantastic service if you feel competent to do everything yourself, but you would like someone else’s perspective on how you can improve.
One-off Services:
Consultation Service: Unsure what you’re doing wrong with social media? Can’t get a grip on hashtags? Not convinced if you need a blog or mailing list? Book a half hour Zoom session with us and we’ll answer your digital marketing questions! You can either take notes during the session, or we can send you a beautifully formatted PDF document of our recommendations for you to keep referring back to.
Cost per 30 minute session: £25
Optional PDF of recommendations: £25
Training sessions: We offer personalised 1-1 training sessions on things like setting up and using Mailchimp, editing your website, or learning what all the buttons on your Instagram app do. We quote these individually on how many hours the prep time and session itself will take. We can usually work within your budget — get in touch for a no-obligation quote.
Cost: £30 per hour
Social media take-over: We’ll take over your social media channels for one month to grow your followers and engagement and show you how it’s done. At the end of the month we’ll hand it back to you so you can continue building on what we’ve achieved. (Note, we will only offer this service if we think we can make an appreciable difference to your social media accounts in the time given.) Includes 3 posts a week on two social media platforms of your choice out of: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads or TikTok.
Cost for the month: £185
Website editing: Our team will take a look at your website and help you refine the content, making sure it looks professional and easy to understand and tells a compelling story. (You must have access to your own website in order for us to be able to offer this service.) We can also advise you in setting up your own website from scratch, using Shopify, GoDaddy, Squarespace or Wix.
Cost: £30 an hour, number of hours needed to be agreed on after an initial survey of website and free consultation.
MailChimp set up: Do you want to build a mailing list? We can create a MailChimp sign up form, a landing page and an automated welcome email for you so that your new list is ready to go and can start collecting contacts! We’ll also show you the basics of how to manage your list and send newsletters.
Cost: £120
Business photoshoot: Do you struggle to find nice photos for your social media and website? Book our professional photographer to come out to your place of business and provide you with beautiful, personal images that are optimised for social media. Cost includes 3 hours on location, editing of all photos, non-exclusive use license and all images hosted for you on Dropbox.
Cost: £150
Marketing material design: Do you love the look of The Perthshire Magazine? Have our designer create promotional materials such as a brochure or flyer for your business in the same style, altered to suit your brand identity.
Cost: Agreed upon after an initial free consultation over Zoom, based on estimated number of hours.
Content writing services: Our professional author can create you a press release, newsletter, magazine article or website text based on a brief from you.
Cost: £30 per hour, free quote given after brief.
Social Media Management:
Diamond Social Media Management Package
Management of three social media accounts (choose from: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads or TikTok), three posts per week on each platform. Your three accounts will post the same base content, which will be expertly adapted to different platform posting requirements where necessary.

Photoshoot and content gathering session (2 1/2 hours in duration) at your business location every 3 months
Price: £300 per month
Platinum Social Media Management Package
Management of two social media accounts (choose from: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads or TikTok), two posts a week on each platform. Your two accounts will post the same base content, which will be expertly adapted to different platform posting requirements where necessary.

Photoshoot and content gathering session (1 hour in duration) at your business location every 3 months (Perthshire-based businesses only).
Price: £200 per month
Gold Social Media Management Package
Management of three social media accounts (choose from: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads or TikTok), two posts a week on each platform. Your three accounts will post the same base content, which will be expertly adapted to different platform posting requirements where necessary.

Silver Social Media Management Package
Management of two social media accounts (choose from: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads or TikTok), two posts a week on each platform. Bronze Social Media Management Package
Management of two social media accounts (choose from: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads or TikTok), one post a week on each platform. Your two accounts will post the same base content, which will be expertly adapted to different platform posting requirements where necessary.
